Yes. The price you see already includes single-colour marking in the standard location. If you want more colours or a different technique, we'll tell you the cost in the quote.

Marking locations: Upper front of the item, Right side of the item, Left side of the item, Top, Lower front of the item, Left handle, and Right handle. Available techniques: Transfer screen printing and Digital transfer. Before you decide anything, we'll show you the logo placed on the product, in the location and at the size the technique allows, at no cost.

A minimum order of €100.00 excl. VAT per quote, counting the products only (not shipping). You can reach it with this product on its own or by combining it with others. Below that, setup costs outweigh the product itself and the per-unit price stops making sense.

The quote, 24 working hours. The delivery time depends on the technique and quantity and is shown on each product's page, in working days to your country.

Yes. Send us the logo and we'll return the simulation on the product together with the fixed quote. It costs nothing and involves no commitment.

In vector format, preferably SVG, AI or PDF. If you only have it in PNG or JPG, let us know: we'll check it and tell you whether it works for the marking size.

Yes. From this page you can order up to 10 unbranded samples, in the colours you want, from €27.80 per unit plus shipping, and pay by card. Samples with your logo are ordered with your design: from this page, with “See it with my logo”, or from your branding proposal. Samples are paid separately and, if you later place an order of more than €500 excluding VAT, we deduct from it what you paid for them.

To the whole European Union, to one address or several. Shipping is what it costs to get the order from the manufacturer to your address, and many large orders come with shipping included: you see it in the quote, calculated with your address. Outside the EU (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway) there are customs and duties: write to us and we will sort it out with you.

Prices exclude VAT. If your company has a VAT number that VIES validates and receives the order outside Spain, the invoice carries no VAT under the reverse charge: you account for it in your country, as with any EU supplier. Deliveries in Spain carry Spanish VAT.

No. Requesting a quote is free, with no obligation and no need to create an account. The only thing you pay for in advance is the samples, if you request them. You pay for the order when you approve the mock-up with your logo, before production; if you design it yourself in the studio and buy directly, your card is only held and charged when we review your design. On orders of €500 or more (including VAT and shipping) you can pay by bank transfer or by card, with a 1.5% card payment surcharge.

We redo it at no cost. If the branding is faulty or doesn't match the mock-up you approved, we make it again.

A product branded with your logo can't be returned or exchanged: it can't be sold to anyone else. What we do cover is any mistake of ours: if something arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect or with a print that differs from the mock-up you approved, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and we replace it free of charge or, if that isn't possible, refund it. Production can deliver up to 5% more or fewer units, and you are invoiced for what arrives.
