When you need a metal pen for a welcome pack or for your team, what matters is a smart look without pushing the budget too far. This is where aluminium barrels, including recycled aluminium, work well, with laser engraving on the barrel and, on some models, a stylus tip.
The most common mistake is choosing a silver or very light barrel: the engraving has less contrast and the logo is harder to read. If you want a clean result, darker shades are better; and if your brand colour is essential, ask for pad printing instead of laser engraving.

If your campaign calls for a useful item with an environmental angle, it is worth looking at mid-range promotional metal pens: they keep the weight and feel of metal, and many use recycled aluminium. Laser engraving gives a discreet logo that stands up to daily use.
Check the refill and the mechanism before you confirm the order, because those are the two things people notice most when writing. If it is going into a welcome pack, pair it with a notebook in a similar shade so the whole set feels consistent.

The minimum order is €100.00 excluding VAT per quote, and you can mix models to reach it: an aluminium one for onboarding and a steel one for clients can go in the same order. The prices on this page are per unit, with your logo in one colour in the standard print area, excluding VAT and delivery; if you need another technique, it will be adjusted in the quote.
