They can be branded with large format. Minimum order of €100.00 excluding VAT per quote.
Full-colour printing included
The price of each configuration includes printing across the whole surface, on one or two sides depending on the option. You can also order the frame only.
From a single gazebo
You can buy from one unit, with no print runs. The minimum order is €100.00 excl. VAT per quote, and you reach it with one gazebo or by combining it with other items.
Built for several seasons
A gazebo is bought once and goes out to fairs, markets and tournaments for years. That is why a restrained design works best: corporate colour as the base and the brand large on the roof valances.
Where a company gazebo gets used
The usual use is the outdoor stand: open-air trade shows, markets, weekend sales outings and information points. It also covers uses that get forgotten when budgeting, such as the refreshment point at a sponsored race, registration at an open day or shade at the staff summer party.
Before you buy, ask the venue two things: whether it requires certified fire-retardant fabric and whether you can anchor to the ground with pegs or have to bring weights. The gazebo rarely stands alone: flags usually go in front and a roll-up banner inside next to the counter, with the same artwork.
Frame, set-up, transport and printing
The frame determines how you can use it. Steel suits a few outings a year; aluminium weighs a little less, goes up faster and copes better with frequent set-ups. Folding gazebos pack into their carry bag and fit in a van; to hold them down you use pegs or leg weights, from 10 to 30 kg each.
The artwork is prepared on the print template for each size, a 1:1 scale PDF you download from the product page. Before printing we check that your file meets the template for dimensions, resolution and safe area, and if the print comes out faulty, it is reprinted at no cost.
How to choose a printed gazebo
- The size of your pitch
- 3 × 3 m is the most common and fits most fair and market pitches. Confirm the available space with the venue before choosing.
- How often you will put it up
- For a few outings a year a simple frame is enough; if it goes out every weekend, it pays to choose one that goes up quickly and stands up to hard use. Check the set-up of each model on its product page.
- Which surface gets printed
- Full-colour large-format printing is included, on one or two sides depending on the option. Decide which parts you want printed and whether any of them is visible from both sides.
- Fixing and transport
- Ask whether the venue allows pegs or requires weights, which take up room in the van. Bear in mind the weight of the gazebo in its bag if only a few people will be moving it.
