Your logo is stitched into the fabric with thread, with no layers to crack. It is the finish that looks best on thick cotton and corduroy.
Cotton, blended or recycled
There are cotton, polyester-acrylic and blended models, and several are made from recycled material. Some carry GRS, RCS or amfori BSCI certification.

Fabric and branding
Fabric weights run from light fabrics, under 150 g/m², to fabrics over 250 g/m², such as the 335 g/m² flat newsboy cap. The thicker the fabric, the firmer the embroidery sits and the more structure the hat has.
Every model on this page can be embroidered, and depending on the model also screen printed, screen transfer, digital transfer or PU label. The catalogue price includes one-colour branding in the standard area, and before you pay you receive a free mock-up with your logo on the hat.
How to choose embroidered bucket hats
- The shape for the use
- A fisherman or beach bucket hat for outdoors and summer; newsboy, docker, military or corduroy for everyday urban wear; the waterproof bucket hat if rain is likely.
- The fabric weight
- Up to 150 g/m² for light summer hats, between 150 and 250 g/m² for year-round wear, and over 250 g/m² if you want a hat with body that holds the embroidery well.
- The material and certifications
- Cotton for a natural feel, polyester-acrylic for durability, or recycled material if your company asks for it. Some models carry GRS, RCS or amfori BSCI.
- The branding
- Embroidery is the technique common to all of them. If your logo has gradients or a lot of fine detail, ask whether the model accepts digital transfer or a PU label.
